How do I know if I have an existing warranty?
If your system is less than 3 years old and you purchased it from Service Experts, it is likely under warranty. The warranty term information should be included with your new system documentation. If not, contact us and we may be able to provide you this information. An appointment to your home may be required to determine the warranty status.

What guarantees do you offer?
Service Experts is proud to provide a written 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every service and new system we provide. In addition, we include manufacturer warranties and can provide extended warranties on many of our systems and products.

All repair and maintenance services are covered by our 1 Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which states that if you are not totally satisfied for the first year following the work performed, we will promptly address and perform to your complete satisfaction those issues regarding material and workmanship, or we will refund your service call fee.

Every new heating, air conditioning and air quality product we sell is backed by our 3 Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not totally satisfied with our product installation work, we will promptly resolve any issues regarding material and workmanship. In the event you are still not completely satisfied, we will remove the installed equipment and refund your money with no questions asked.

What's the difference between a warranty and your guarantee?
A typical heating or cooling equipment warranty will cover parts that fail due to possible manufacturing problems. Manufacturer warranties usually do not cover:
  • labor to repair the part
  • equipment installation quality
  • ductwork design or repairs
  • any other problems not associated with the equipment itself
The Service Experts 3 Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures your complete satisfaction with the purchase AND installation of your new heating and/or cooling equipment.  That means if you are not satisfied for any reason, we guarantee to make you fully satisfied.

What warranty come with a new HVAC system?
All our new heating and air conditioning systems include a 3 Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee AND a PLUS Maintenance Agreement to ensure the system's continued energy-efficient operation. You may customize the length of your system's warranty at the time of system purchase. New HVAC system warranties are available for the length you desire.
