Village Plumbing came out to install a new gas line in my home. I had a pretty good experience with Village Plumbing. They did all of the work in a timely manner and they got it all done when they said that they would. I was concerned about all of the issues that might arise, but they did a good job. Although everything didn't turn out as I originally envisioned, the work done was top notch. The plumbers were friendly and informative as they progressed with the project and provided enough information for me to make decisions on what I wanted them to work on. Although the cost was a bit high, I knew the charges in advance and could have postponed some parts of the project. The leaks occurred over a long holiday weekend. The scheduling representative scheduled the visit for the Tuesday following the weekend. John arrived promptly after a telephone call alerting me to his arrival. He explained the cost and the repair of one leak in detail and was able to repair the leak that day. The other toilet was a rare model from the 1950's that would require a search for parts. He took pictures of the toilet, and contacted his supervisor. He investigated potential sources for parts (including contacting the Crane company, no American standard.) The company no longer made parts for the toilet, but he was able to find a company that had a part that would work. The ultimate solution of course was to replace the toilet which involved significant re-routing of pipes and re-construction. After consulting with John, we agreed that he would try to repair the leak temporarily ( using modern parts), knowing that it might not work, delaying the replacement until I could save enough money to replace the toilet. John was successful and I am looking forward to further association with the company when I replace the fixtures.

Once again Village Plumbing comes to the rescue. We had an intermittent and mysterious problem with water leaking into our garage. We finally narrowed it down to an overflow from our water softener connection to the drain. Jim came out and learned that the pipes in the crawl space had expanded and come free from their hangers, creating a water collection point in the dips and making new water back up out in to the garage. He was very careful to fix the problem, much better than before, and gave a good inspection to our crawl space while he was at it. I really like this company. They have always done a great job for us. Jim was great. He explained all the options and approaches. Just super. Problem fixed for good!

I just wanted to advise you of the excellent service provided by one of your technicians. He not only serviced our problem but assisted my diabetic husband during a low blood sugar attack by contacting an ambulance and calling me to inform me of the problem. He called the ambulance and also put our dog out on our porch to get her out of the way of the ambulance crew AND gave her water also. This is service excellence above & beyond and I want to make sure this tech is recognized for his professional, courteous and helpful conduct.

I want to thank you very much for providing my special needs child with the much required AC unit... At about 10AM, James showed up with the new unit and promptly started his installation. At approximately 2pm we had a completely functioning unit with all the checks and balances done.

I called you tonight at 7:45pm. The girl that answered the phone, after I told her my problem, told me to switch the breaker off and then on and wait 20 minutes, if that didn't work to call them back. It didn't work and I called back at 8:10. I had a tech here at 9:30. He fixed the problem within minutes. HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT! Thanks for your great service!

The installment crew left our home in better condition than when they arrived. The actual installation was much better than what we had previously. By Monday evening, my family was back in our warm home enjoying our new environment.
