I want to thank the company for the excellent service I received last Monday. My furnace stopped working on Sunday. When I called at 7:45 am on Monday, I was able to arrange to have a service technician come to my home after 3:15 pm which meant I did not have the leave my teaching job. Although I arrived home a few minutes after 3:15, an operator was able to tell me that the technician was on his way to my home. A customer wanted to compliment Eric Skiff on how polite he was when at her home for her tune up. He explained to them that he did not have the filters for their humidifier and would return later in the week to bring them to the customer. The customer had ordered a bunch of filters for their humidifier online so Eric used the filters they already had on hand, but since the customer prepaid for their filters on their agreement he told them he would be returning. The customer told him not to go out of his way and just leave them on the porch. Eric went to the customer this morning to drop off the filters and the customer happened to be home and noticed Eric putting the filters on their porch, and then he walked down their "very long" (as the customer put it) driveway to get their newspaper and placed it with the filters. She was very impressed by this, considering how cold it is, and wanted to let his superiors know how pleased she is with him and wanted to relay she feels he represents the company very well.

After a conversation with Todd Machatelli and another home site from Dan Campbell, I can say that all of my questions and concerns have been resolved. Unknown to Dan was my unit has been cleaned and tested yearly with a Bacharach Fyrite Pro analzer and Dan had a newer version. We had some technical, process discussions and he provided me with a computerized printout of the Lennox furnace combustion in detail. This was very close to the manual test results as Todd had stated but I had never dealt with before. The 100% satisfaction guarantee was satisfied and I would recommend them. Thanks to everyone involved to make myself and my wife happy! Greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to advise you of the excellent service provided by one of your technicians. He not only serviced our problem but assisted my diabetic husband during a low blood sugar attack by contacting an ambulance and calling me to inform me of the problem. He called the ambulance and also put our dog out on our porch to get her out of the way of the ambulance crew AND gave her water also. This is service excellence above & beyond and I want to make sure this tech is recognized for his professional, courteous and helpful conduct.

The girl that answered the phone, after I told her my problem, told me to switch the breaker off and then on and wait 20 minutes, if that didn't work to call them back.
