Furnace Repair Service Comments From Around The Country

Every day, for 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, Service Experts performs furnace repair service on more than 5000 homes throughout North America... and every day we also get great comments from our wonderful customers for the heating service they receive. Last year, Service Experts put a new customer feedback mechanism in place so customers could provide direct, unencumbered feedback about their service visit. The goal? After months of collecting information from our new customer satisfaction system, I thought I would take a moment to share some of the things our great customers have said about the services they've received. So here are just a few of the actual, unedited comments from furnace and heating repair service visits over just the last couple of weeks:

Service Tech Kevin had been working all day and was the on-call tech on Feb 5. We had to call him during a winter snow storm because our glow plug had malfunctioned and would no longer work. Kevin drove through the treacherous snow and ice roads to get to our house at 9:30 PM at night, keeping us updated by cellphone as he made his journey.

the technician sent to the house was a true professional.  She did her job diligently and provided feedback and sound advice for future concerns regarding the furnace.  I like that she was technically proficient in the job she was doing.

You are always prompt and courteous. Very pleasant people to work with.

Carla came when expected.  She serviced any problems she found.  She gave me choices and reccomendations about things such as filters.  She didn't waste time but I felt she gave our system as much time as required.  I could not ask for better service.

Serviceman quickly located and repaired problem with minimal intrustion

I was notified that service man was running a little late and notified when he was on his way.  Steve seemed very knowledgable and went about his work efficiently. 

Called for appt and was met with helpful, courteous service and tech was avbl same day!!  In fact, they called back and said they had a cancellation and could be there in just 45min.  WOW! Kaleem (tech) was so very polite and extremely helpful. His enthusiasm and pride in his company was refreshing.

Jason was prompt, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.

I felt Service Experts responded as quickly as possible to my emergency call.  Mike Pallares, the technician who came to my house on a cold rainy Friday night when my heat pump was shut off completely at the breaker because the outside unit would not stop, identified almost immediately what the problem was and made the repair very quickly.  He stayed to make sure everything was working properly before he left.  He was professional and pleasant from the time he arrived until he left.

The person that I first spoke with was respectful and listened as I explained my problem.  She assured me that I would hear from the technician within the hour,even though she could not guarantee the time of his visit.  The technician called and was courteous and assured me that he would call before he came and he did.  He was quite engaging and was most competent in doing his repair work.

YOur representative was very thorough and courteous. He provided excellent explainantions and advise and was very personable. He was neat and efficient.

Was able to resolve the problem without charging for unnecessary work.

Service tech offered to check and change both the Pure Air and dehumidifier filters even though they were not very dirty - however, my wife has severe allergies, which I mentioned out of hand while we were talking about our house.  We much appreciated his doing this.  He was courtious and friendly too.

David went above and beyond his duties.  His care and concern were greatly appreciated.  We have never had a technician check for gas leaks before--this is a great service he provided.

The technician offered me several options to address the problem and listed the pros and cons of each. He also took a moment to show us how to change our furnace filter and talk to us about replacement options for our 30+ year furnace.

I was able to book an appointment quickly. Shawn arrived on time, calling before he arrived. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I feel he gave me some good advice.

Mike A. from Service Experts was here in less than twety five minutes. Our furnace was not working even though we had just had it servicedin early September before leaving on a trip. He explained that a piece of tubin was detached although it did not show and this was what was causing our problem. It took him no time to put it together and to get the furnace running. It was a really wonderful to have someone who explained and treated me as a person wth a brain! Thank you -Mike!
