Another Happy Customer Shares Her Joy
Two years ago, Ms. Carole Perkio moved into her first home in Clovis, California. One Saturday, the water faucet in her kitchen began to leak. She turned off the water and planned to make the best of it by “camping” in her home until Monday when she could make arrangements with a plumbing service company.
While looking through the phone book to make an appointment, Carole noticed a Service Experts ad that said, “No extra charge for weekends.” Carole promptly called to find a friendly voice on the other end that told her she shouldn’t spend the weekend without water.
That same morning, a Service Experts technician arrived and was able to fix Carole’s water enough that she could use it for the day. The following day (Sunday), the technician returned with the part needed to
permanently fix the plumbing problem.
After her extraordinary experience, Carole decided that she wanted to sign up for a PLUSTM Maintenance Agreement because “it is very convenient, reasonable in cost and it is wonderful to know that I am taken care of throughout the year. Not only did Carole sign up for an annual service agreement, she created a flyer proclaiming the outstanding service she received and posted it in the clubhouse of the complex where she lives. She says she’s not sure how many people have called Service Experts, but she is happy to see our truck in her neighborhood “quite often.”
