Check that the thermostat is on and set to the right temperature. Move the temperature up or down to see if the system is operational.
Check all fuses or breakers. Switch breakers off, then on.
If applicable, see if the pilot light is out. If so, call 1-888-HEATCOOL immediately.

You would like to schedule weekend service.
There is an emergency or situation where safety may be threatened.
