New HVAC System Installation

We make buying a new comfort system simple

When you're ready to look into purchasing a new heating and cooling system, either to drastically reduce your energy usage or because repairs on your current system are costing you more than they should, we're here to help you every step of the way. The decision is a big one, and we want you to know what to consider and expect.

Options

There are nearly as many choices in heating and cooling equipment as there are in buying a car. You want what's right for your lifestyle and desires, but there are thousands of makes and models available. So one of the first things we'll do is a Home Comfort Analysis to determine your needs and desires, as well as the physical requirements of your particular home.

The Analysis Process

Since every family, every home and every climate is different, it takes a custom Home Comfort Analysis to determine the systems available that are right for your home's size and floor plan, and also meets your family's air quality requirements, needs and wants. There are many standard, upgrades, and custom options available to choose from in your new home comfort system. They analysis will tell us what we need to know to offer you two or three custom-made solutions to your comfort needs and wants.

Considerations

When considering the new system, think carefully about what air quality and moisture control components to include, particularly if anyone in your family has allergies, respiratory or health issues, or dry scalp and skin. The hi-tech air quality products of today can exceed hospital air filtration standards for general surgery. Zoning control is also available, and allows you to heat and cool the exact rooms you want, to the exact temperature you want.

High-efficiency equipment can nearly pay for itself in utility savings, so efficiency level is a very important consideration. Many people spend a lot of dollars on hybrid cars, solar panels and the like, and may not consider the more advantageous energy savings from simply installing high-efficiency comfort equipment. Up to 50% of your home's energy costs may go toward heating and cooling your home, so be sure you ask your Comfort Advisor about reducing energy consumption with higher-efficiency systems. All these considerations can help make your home more comfortable every day.

Investment

Most people would not consider proactively budgeting for a breakdown or replacement of their heating and air conditioning system. So to offset the investment, we suggest using our easy financing program as a simple, automatic, affordable way to pay for your new system. Often there are financing rebates, specials and incentive to take advantage of. Remember, your energy savings over time can also help offset the investment.

The Installation

Who you choose for the installation of your new home comfort system has a significant impact on your comfort and the cost of operating it. In fact, installation quality could have a much greater impact on your home comfort than the equipment itself.

When your new system arrives and is ready to install, our friendly installation technicians will carefully install it in your home. They are careful and committed to not disturb your living area, so they'll lay down carpet protection and wear shoe protection to keep your home and yard clean. After the installation is complete, they'll leave the area cleaner than when they arrived. Respecting your home is a Standard of Excellence we take very seriously.

Maintenance

Every new system we sell comes complete with a PLUS™ Maintenance Agreement to ensure it's continued operation. That means you can trust it will keep you comfortable for years to come.

A new home comfort system can provide the comfortable environment and energy savings you're looking for, from day one. And we guarantee your experience with us will be a pleasant one. Find a Location near you, or call us at 888-HEATCOOL.
