Sales Training
The sales training includes:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes yearly.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) different sales classes provided for General Managers semiannually, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and daily sales leadership.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians includes:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training in spring and fall
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ twice a year
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty classes on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary education through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better train our technical workforce.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice annually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, resources, and framework for managing a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, participate in outbound calling with a one (1) day program. In this course we study HVAC basics, what makes people invest, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchasing signals, and overcoming customer complaints.

Dispatcher

  • No formal courses provided. On the job training provided by the General Manager and applicable staff at the center.
