Dale and his associate Trent, who did the diagnostic service on our heating unit, were great guys and very knowledgeable. They spent a good amount of time explaining what was going on with the unit.
Ethan, who came to install our new heating unit, was very knowledgeable as well. He came in nice and early and even offered to help clean up after he was done. He also spent a good amount of time explaining what work was being done and helped get our thermostat linked to the router.

Last year I had an entire new whole-house furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installed. The technicians are amazing… thorough in every aspect of their job.

We had a really bad clog in our kitchen sink drain. After a few attempts to open it up without any success, the tech said he would have to open up the ceiling in the basement to remedy the problem. It was getting late, so he called the office to make arrangements to return the next day. The office said that they were booked until Monday, but the tech explained we were having a dinner party over the weekend and really needed the sink. The tech came the following day and was able to fix the issue, and we were very grateful for his persistence to take care of the problem for us. Thank you!

Had Blessin come to install a recommended part. She retested the old part at my request and determined it was good and that I really didn't need the replacement part. She also conducted a couple of annual maintenance tasks that were not done last week at my annual maintenance session. She was excellent. I would be happy if she came next time.

I own an older home, almost 200 years old, and wanted the electrical upgraded with new breakers, etc., and some wiring. I had 3 quotes from 3 different master electricians. I decided to go with Patrick, even though his quote was higher than the other 2 electricians'. He explained everything to me in layman's terms. We needed to replace our 17-year-old heating system with a new heating system due to the age and low efficiency of the unit. RJ Down has been providing me with HVAC services for 26 years. The techs, repairmen, installers, and salesmen are professional and friendly. Brandon listened to me and got me the furnace I wanted and needed and was not pushy. (He did the same for me this past April when I needed a new AC.) Nick and Alex were the installers, knowledgeable and nice. I felt comfortable with them in my home and felt confident they would do a good job. Professional and friendly every time
We have been with Roland J. Down for many years. They service our heating and cooling, and provide plumbing services. We have had them install 2 major systems in our home, as well as routine maintenance and repair over the years. Our most recent experiences were with Jeff and Jett, who installed a new kitchen sink for us yesterday, and helped me replace my drain mat and under-sink shelving storage. They did a great job, and I was very pleased. Today, Angel came out to deliver salt for our water softener. He carried the 5 bags down to our basement, and poured the salt for us too. Angel, Jeff, and Jett were all very professional and friendly.
