This is just a little note of commendation for the excellent installation crew you sent to install our new system. Marvin H. and his partner J.D. had a real job on their hands! I was amazed at their ingenuity and innovativeness in figuring out how to make the new air handler fit into the very tight available space. I never saw two men work so hard and so diligently for twelve, almost unbroken, hours. They were also polite and considerate, and they made absolutely no mess in the house. They didn't finish until 9:00 p.m. but even then, they still took the time to explain how to operate the system. My wife and I appreciate their good work.

Mr. C. not only did his work professionally and paid attention to details but when he finished his work, he cleaned up and even washed and painted an area of a wall that had been stained. The deinstallation of my old Carrier unit and the installation of the Lennox replacement system were completed yesterday. We were very pleased with the results. The new Lennox unit is working well, is extremely quiet compared to the old unit. And most importantly, we had HEAT last night! Hat's off to Ryan, he did an excellent job with the air handler and other components. This young man worked hard, non-stop all day until the job was done and the garage/yard cleaned up. He then assisted Dave with the installation of the outside coil, loading of old equipment and trash. He seems to take a great deal of pride in the work that he does and it shows! And he went out of his way to explain everything about my new installation and left me with no doubts about the quality of the installation of his new unit. I think your organization is to be congratulated in finding and hiring Ryan. I believe he'll continue to make an excellent employee in whatever job functions that he performs for your company. With Ryan's work ethics, positive attitude and willingness, your organization should continue to train and move him into other challenging opportunities with the company. I hope that when the time comes for performing service on my Lennox system, that Ryan has been moved from installations to service and that he is available to perform any required maintenance. I am writing this email to Tim for a job well done on our new Lennox system, we could not be more happier with the service we received from you and your installers. If you recall, you took the time out of your Sunday afternoon to come out to my home and set us up on a new system, which was installed on the very next day. That is what I call service. Again Lora and I want to thank you on the personal attention we received from you. Also, I would like to thank the two installers (Ryan & Mike). These two guys were great and should be commended on the job they do not just on ours but every job, everything is so neat and tidy so give them a pat on the shoulder for a job well done.

I just wanted to advise you of the excellent service provided by one of your technicians. He not only serviced our problem but assisted my diabetic husband during a low blood sugar attack by contacting an ambulance and calling me to inform me of the problem. He called the ambulance and also put our dog out on our porch to get her out of the way of the ambulance crew AND gave her water also. This is service excellence above & beyond and I want to make sure this tech is recognized for his professional, courteous and helpful conduct.

I want to thank you very much for providing my special needs child with the much required AC unit... At about 10AM, James showed up with the new unit and promptly started his installation. At approximately 2pm we had a completely functioning unit with all the checks and balances done.

I called you tonight at 7:45pm. The girl that answered the phone, after I told her my problem, told me to switch the breaker off and then on and wait 20 minutes, if that didn't work to call them back. It didn't work and I called back at 8:10. I had a tech here at 9:30. He fixed the problem within minutes. HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT! Thanks for your great service!

The installment crew left our home in better condition than when they arrived. The actual installation was much better than what we had previously. By Monday evening, my family was back in our warm home enjoying our new environment.

Your company and its dedicated employees turned what could have been an awful experience into a highly satisfying experience.
