You Are in Good Hands
My fiancé and his mother hired this company to fix catastrophic damage to their house about 9 months ago.
The basement flooded and took out the heat, water, and some electrical. We as a family called dozens of contractors and had many unfortunately try and rip us off.
Joe, Tom, and Zach at Service Experts did not!
Formerly known as Taylor Heating and Plumbing, they worked with us, came in with sincere caring and professionalism that we did not see with other companies. Ultimately we went with this company to repair the entire house.
Service Experts fixed the heat and water and tracked down over two dozen broken pipes.

They had someone out within an hour
I had an emergency this morning. My water heater broke and was flooding my basement. I called Taylor. I have never used them before; my husband remembered the number by a commercial. They had someone out within an hour who diagnosed and fixed our issue. Our tech was George, he was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

They Did a Great Job
On March 12, 2026, we had our gas boiler for hot water baseboard heating replaced by Taylor Heating Inc. Gerome, Erkan, and Howard spent most of the day removing the old boiler and pipes and replacing with a new Lennox boiler and pipes, connections. The three men worked well as a team to get the job done. All the old equipment was removed and taken away. Our new boiler is keeping us warm on these last days of a cold winter. They did a great job of installing the new equipment and a thorough job of cleaning up any mess that was made. We appreciate their expertise and getting the job done in a timely manner.

He made some adjustments to help out while I waited for a part (1 day) and came as soon as they could to replace the part.
