Thorough furnace inspection and cleaning
The maintenance tech did a thorough job inspecting and cleaning the furnace, noting that I had replaced the furnace filter, the Aprilaire filter, and the UV bulb.

Punctual, Professional, and Very Thorough
Yeffree was punctual, professional, and very thorough in his inspection and suggestions for having the exhaust pipe cleaned by a professional in the near future to prevent backup of CO2 fumes. He found the capacitor was not working properly, with a 3.0 reading. Once replaced, the reading registered at 5.3 and a reduced amperage drawing significantly.

We had what turned out to be a small (and apparently unusual) rodent problem with our AC. Service Experts sent a service rep out just a few hours after our call. Wes promptly fixed our issue, answering questions clearly. He cleaned and checked the system over, making sure it would keep running properly. They gave us a membership price break too. Every time I have my A/C unit or furnace serviced, the service technician is always polite, kind, professional, and personable (not just stuffy and stiff). I’ve never had any problems with my units, but it’s a great comfort to know the warranties come with regular service visits to keep it running smoothly for years.

We Are Very Satisfied
We discovered our water heater was leaking, so we called our HVAC contractor, Service Experts, on a Sunday evening to see if they serviced water heaters, which they did. Monday morning I received a call from Ron Bebee, their certified plumbing professional, who said he was on his way to check out our water heater, which was 11 years old. We were advised a new water heater would be needed. Ron explained everything about replacing our water heater and answered all of my questions and shared his knowledge and experience.
Ron and his co-worker were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during the entire process. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Service Experts.

Ben Ladd was the service technician, and he did a great job. New review in 2026 - Wes Parrish from Comfort Masters Service Experts came for a regular maintenance check of our furnace and air conditioning systems. He was very professional and took care of everything. I also appreciated that he came right on time. The costs for the regular maintenance is covered by the maintenance agreement, for which we make a monthly payment.
