The General Manager supervises the P&L, drives sales, and provides direction to all staff and processes for the location. Service Technician The Service Technician performs diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts with residential and/or commercial customers to respond to their questions, resolve problems, and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the management of the Field Supervisor or General Manager. Installation Technician/Installation Helpers The Installation Technician performs heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The person in the position also completes installation and service on IAQ equipment and products, as well, and has the ability to understand controls and wiring diagrams and schematics. Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist fields customer inquiries, grievances, and billing inquiries with the highest measure of respect and professionalism to settle customer complaints with a single-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held accountable for assisting in day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center. Dispatcher The Dispatcher, abiding by company radio and pager processes, dispatches customer information to Installers, Service Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians. The individual in the position also corresponds with the customer to confirm the customer is informed of scheduled appointments, reply to inquiries, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most appropriate technicians using established company guidelines.
