Service Experts Donates to Toys for Tots

Christmastime tends to put people in the generous spirit and Chief/Bauer Service Experts is always excited to give to Toys For Tots during Christmastime. The Chief/Bauer Team has donated to the Champaign Toys for Tots for several years and have the best time doing it. General Manager Brad Houchens provides his available funds each year to send his employees to the store to get “a WHOLE BUNCH” of toys, according to Rhonda Thomas, Sales Coordinator for Chief/Bauer. The toys are distributed to the technicians as they leave for their first morning calls and they all head out to the Toys For Tots drop-site, which was at the local Toys R Us and Babies R Us this year.

“The techs really enjoy taking the toys to the drop,” said Thomas. “Sending them in a big convoy the way we do creates a real sense of community, not to mention gets the crew in the giving spirit.”
