He left it on the AC unit. He came back the next day to pick it up. - Then 5 days after the technicians visit, I received a call that he has Covid. What is the company doing to monitor their workers and protect their clients? Covid testing? I have an elderly family member living with me and Im doing my best to keep her safe. - On another note, I am still waiting for my rebates for the new furnace and AC that I had installed in October 2020. I am also waiting to be billed for equipment."

I shouldn't have to hunt down my copy, call you to tell you about it, and send you a copy in order to get the appropriate service. I have been having you service the unit for the 7 years since it was installed because you installed it, and you therefore knew all this stuff. One minor side note, if whoever is calling with the reminders is saying that someone will call when the tech is on the way, it would be nice if someone called when the tech was on the way so I had more warning than a van door slamming in the driveway when they arrive. (Once is an oversight, twice is something wrong in your procedures.)"

The next day I found it I. The back of my yard along with the unit being turned to the side towards my house and the unit had not been cleaned compared to how other techs cleaned it in the past. I lost confidence that he was telling me the truth. I called and asked if another technician was coming out and the phone associate said yes. I asked for a more experienced technician."
