"I felt the wait time for the first visit seemed long and if I didn't call back I am not anyone would have arrived that day. Then we were told the part needed to ordered in. After a few day and not heat we called again only to be told the part was still not shipped and still in Calgary. Finally we called back again the person my wife talked to said she would get on it. And I believe she did since the part was shipped the next day. So the last person we spoke to took care our problem. We went 5 days without any heat. Glad it wasn't -30."

"I was very well satisfied with my service from the a//c representative. I had a problem with the Advantage Program representative. He did not represent fully the costs of a 50 gallon water heater. After I signed a contact for a $33.00 per month payment for 10 years, and the reps had left, I ran the figures and realized I would be paying over $2,300 for 10 years for a water heater. I also noticed the water heater was leased, so I assume after 10 years I do not own the water heater. I immediately called the representative and cancelled the contract. I was told to download a cancellation page from the agreement and mail it to a Texas address. I took the cancellation notification to the post office the same day and spent almost $7.00 sending it registered mail, return receipt requested. The next day I decided to call the local Service Experts Office and cancel again as I wasn't sure my mailed cancellation would arrive within the three day business restriction. I told the young lady I talked to that I wanted to cancel and why, and I also told her that a big spot was in the street from their parked vehicle and had run down my driveway into a swale and left a large blochy spot. A gentleman called me back and I explained the situation. He said they never park their vehicles in the driveway and I told him that it was in the street but had run down from the street into my swale. I don't know if anyone came out to check it or not, but the street spot, long line and spot in the swale are snow white and look awful. I live in a very nice neighborhood, and it is very noticeable. I have been with your company for over 30 years and this is the first time something like this has happened."

"On October 29, 2020 Neal Harris (NH) came to our home for its winter tune up on our boiler. The first floor zone was not working properly and at some times our 2nd floor zone was not working as well. The technician determined that the computer board installed with our new boiler by NH needed to be replaced. I was told they would need to find the part and would be back to me within a week. The week came and past no call back. I called on Thursday am and was told I would have a call back from NH by days end. Well no call. I called Sat to leave word that I received no call back and was told by days end Monday Ill have a call back. Well Monday came and went no call back. I called multiple times over the next few days only to get a hold of a service manager. When I asked him WHAT is going on he first tried to game me then admitted NH screwed up as to How or why I was not offered an explanation. The technician came this time it was Houston, he looked at the computer board and told me it was fine. Something installed when the boiler was being installed was affecting the operation of the zone. He uninstalled it. He also told me that I needed a new thermostat which I replaced. NH incorrectly wanted me to replace a $950 item that was perfectly fine. In addition I pay a monthly fee to NH to have 24 hour service clearly this was not what I paid for."

"At first, it was booked as a furnace service. Then was told not needed, would do alternate years but would get filter dropped off. I had asked time due to plans and was told before noon. I waited all day, even called late afternoon to check. Technician came at 515. Asked if he could fix date on temperature thermostat as it wouldn't save for me. He did get it to set. I then went out to run those errands o had put off and then came home late to a colder house. While saving and setting date, it got turned off heat to cool so temperatures had dropped with no furnace coming on. This is the first concern I have had since getting furnace."
