"It is difficult to know how much good the cleaning did, but I'm assuming it was needed. For $900 I hope it was needed. The negative is the fact that his ladder damaged the paint on the wall in our living room in several places below the air return grill that he removed for the cleaning. We will need to do some touching up of the paint. Other than that, Angie said that he was delightful. He was very considerate and he cleaned up after himself, very well. She was very happy with him and the work that he did."

Sales, Adam Henwood - he contacted me within 30 minutes of my original phone call on Sunday, came to assess the damage, showed me options for replacement, and provided details for service on Monday. "Terrible experience working with this company . First time using this company and the worst ever experience. The pricing for the work done was ridiculous. When asked for the detailed invoice the plumber said they could not provide and just wanted us to provide the credit card. The work done should not have costed more than $300 but we were charged $850. I emailed customer service and even they didnt provide me a detailed bill showing cost of part abs labor costs. I will take this issue to all possible ways until this is resolved and I have answers to the $850 charges for just changing a pressure relieving valve."

"This was our 2nd 6-month checkup with Tony (Tech). Adrian Young (RSC) came separately as well. It was good that he did because Tony isnt vaccinated and my wife is immunocompromised so we couldnt have Tony come into the house even masked up. Fortunately, Adrian IS vaccinated and he immediately stepped up offering to service the air handler which is inside in our upstairs attic while Tony serviced the compressor outside. Adrian went above and beyond to avoid postponing our checkup. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and customer oriented. He did an excellent job explaining what he did and answering my questions. He impressed me as well as my wife. Hes a great addition to your team and I think he will excel as a RSC."

"When I scheduled the appointment I stated that at last year's maintenance the tech had to make a 2nd trip to bring out the air filter. With maintenance being offered only 1 per year I would expect the filter to be replaced automatically. I was told by the person setting the appointment that this year the tech would arrive with a replacement filter. However, yet again this did NOT happen. In fact the tech had to make 2 extra trips to my home to provide me with the correct MERV 11 filter for my system. My system also has a UV light - which should be replaced annually as well - yet the tech had to bring one on his 2nd trip. Service Experts knows which unit I have and know which options I have like a MERV 11 filter and a UV light. Why can't the tech simply bring these disposable parts on the first day?"
