"I called to have a 1 1/2 inch plastic pipe replaced. It should have been quick and easy. Instead several sections of pipe were replaced with flexible copper piping at the cost of $267! That was a ridiculous and unnecessary amount of work to be done for a small pin leak. I will not trust you for any future plumbing needs. Please discontinue my monthly contract, as I can see it is NOT saving me any money!."

"Because the first time i used you, service was great, and tech was very helpful in explaining things to me, so i signed up for regular service. He told me to ask for him to do the service, but it was not him that came. The two guys that did arrive at 4 pm on a 90 degree day opened the attic and said it was too hot and i'd have to reschedule. They also made sure to sweep anything that came out of the attic. Unfortunately though, the dustpan was not emptied, and when i went to empty it myself i noticed there was a missing cat toy that resembled a mouse in there, so I pulled it out. Then i realized IT WAS NOT A TOY and i freaked out. A mouse must have been in the attic, although i've never had any evidence of any mice in my house since i moved in 6 years ago. So that was really gross."

Since then, I have still had to have coolant added. This has been costing me and the idea of paying for a leak test doesn't set well. "Right now it would be only a 6. Last year, we made (I believe) three appointments before someone finally showed up. Had to make three appointments again this year. Last year I was told we would receive a gift card due to all of the inconveniences. It was not received.The person who showed up over the weekend said he did not bring a filter with him because he had just found out the previous day what kind of filter is needed. He said he would get it at Lowe's after the service. He then told me that he could not get it because he could not get a PO due to it being Saturday. Stated I would probably receive a call on Monday. That did not happen."

"I discovered that my water heater was leaking on a Friday afternoon. I called Barlow Service Co., and they said someone would be out to check the water heater that day. Daren arrived and assessed the heater and water damage. My water heater was several years past it's lifetime, so I knew I needed a new one. Daren was professional, friendly and helpful. He walked me through the process of removing and installing a new water heater as well as taking the time to assist me with finding a renovation company to handle the damages done by the leak. I've used Barlow Service Co in the past, and will continue to use them."

The electrical panel on the side of the house was left wide open and with the hard rain and wind we had on Saturday night it was wiggled around a little bit making it harder for me to close and adjust it properly in place (some of it may be due to bad arthritis in my hands). There was trash left in the yard - a drink cup in one of my shrubs, other pieces of trash in the grass; inside some rubber foam from the old unit and other pieces of trash. I realize this is a minor issue for you but a homeowner expects more. Overall, the service is good."

"Todays service was fine. But I learned that the Sept 30, 2021 service was less than fine. Although the tech told me I was all ready for the heating season, he left both of the water valves to the humidifier in the closed position. Apparently there are two valves that should have been opened: one at the cold water supply at the water heater and one at the humidifier. Now I am unsure if the humidifier will work properly at the return of the heating season as the humidifier was turned on but was never properly supplied with water. It also explains the bloody noses, extremely dry skin and all the static electricity shocks we got when touching metal this past winter."
