We are under one of their service plans. I just had the nicest, most respectful young man come out and do my service. Christian Johnson was his name. I haven't heard so many "yes sirs" in my life. This young man's parents should be super proud of him! He was super friendly and very nice. He knew his stuff also. He took pics and videos of all his service work and explained it all so well to me. He Made a Worrisome Situation Easy to Navigate
Our service guy, Zach, was great. Super professional and really knowledgeable. He did our inspection of our plumbing system of a home we are trying to buy and found a separation of a pipe under the house that could lead to foundational issues. He also found some smaller issues inside. He answered every question with confidence and expertise. I would use this company and our service guy, Zach, again and again. He made a worrisome situation really easy to navigate.

Service Experts offered us a maintenance check twice a year last year. They are great about getting in touch with you to remind you that it is time for those checks. Conner Sudduth has been the technician that has come both times and has been very thorough with his maintenance checks. Always has a smile! You can tell he enjoys what he does, and that means a lot these days! I think the other young man that came with him was named Josh. If not, I'm sorry! He was also very informative about other plans that they have. Would highly recommend them for services!

Impeccable knowledge and professionalism
Andrew White definitely knew what he was doing while he was giving my (new) 2017 AC/Heat unit its first-time tune-up in 2 years. He was very professional and told me his findings in a way I could clearly understand. Andrew told me what was working, what was not installed properly in 2017, and what my unit needed to work efficiently. He worked closely with Steve Bryant. I was so pleased with the initial tune-up, I wanted Comfortech to start me on their maintenance plan.
Both Andrew White and Steve Bryant took their time to check my unit top to bottom and explain their findings and the cost to fix it. I have serious sinus issues. They will also install a Stratos Aire-Polarized Media Air Cleaner and UVC Germicidal Unit that will help my sinus issues.

Very kind employees
I called them on a Sunday at 5 p.m. because our air had been out all day. We attempted to install a C wire and smart thermostat by ourselves and couldn’t get the thermostat to turn back on. They called me back within 15 minutes and had a guy ready to come help within the hour. In the meantime, a family member of ours came over to try to help and was able to figure out where we went wrong. I called them back to cancel but told them if I needed them again or we couldn’t fully figure it out, I’d let them know. Three hours later, I got a message from the tech, Taron, checking on us, making sure we were okay. I was so thankful we had air again I forgot to let them know. I found it very kind that they still made sure we were okay even though we ended up solving our issue ourselves. Will 100% use them in the future if we have an issue again and likely will call them when I’m ready to install the upstairs smart thermostat instead of trying to handle it myself.
