Service Continues at a High Level
I had never used this business professionally... at least not until this coming Saturday, February 13th, 2021.
However, I have spoken with Rodger, who seems eager to represent and present this company in a positive light!
If the features, advantages, and benefits turn out, and ring true, as projected by Rodger, rest assured the “Google World” will certainly read about it.
If I was misled, “Google Readers” of business reviews will also have a virtual “earful!”
I have continued with this company (formerly Finch) for five (5) years of uninterrupted service despite name changes. It became Church Services and is now called Service Experts.
Whatever changes occurred, the service seems to continue at a high level of satisfaction.
Today, Saturday, March 14th, 2026, I had Technician Wendell Steen for my maintenance service. He is personable and easy to work with. As I did with previous technicians that appeared overly knowledgeable, I will from now on request Wendell’s return for all or any service issues!

Did a great job on my HVAC inspection
David Gonzalez came and did an HVAC inspection, something that is included with my monthly service plan, and did a great job. He identified two areas that I should fix, and fixed them the next day. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Very knowledgeable and very modest. I will definitely be using this company from now on. The very next time they sent out David for my spring maintenance since they weren’t able to send out Francisco, and Mr. David was just as friendly and knowledgeable, as well as very patient with all my questions.
