Our furnace stopped working, and Trent and Brock came out the same day and diagnosed the problem quickly. They clearly explained the options, checked on parts availability and gave cost estimates. Very helpful, professional and friendly!

Technicians Are Always Prompt
The service technicians are always prompt and explain exactly what they’re doing and what they find. They give the feeling that they’re there to help your system to work properly. They are very courteous and cordial in their actions and in their communications.
Trent Found the Problem
Trent came, found the problem, made a recommendation to replace the furnace to solve the freezing problem. Get rid of a condensing furnace in the attic. The wrong furnace for an attic installation has caused years of freezing problems. Barlow is efficient and Trent took time to explain the situation and how to avoid it in the future.

Awesome Job Always
Howard, our Barlow Service Expert plumber, installed a NUVO water filter today, and Monday he installed a new water control valve that was worn out. Now we have great water pressure and cleaner water in our home. We have been dealing with Barlow Service Experts now for 6 years, and they do an awesome job always. Howard was very professional but friendly and easy to communicate with.

Had Ty come from Barlow Experts this afternoon. He was excellent at his representing the company. He called before he arrived to advise me he was on his way. When he arrived he was extremely professional and had a great attitude. He worked hard on servicing both of our furnaces. Unfortunately one of our furnaces is in our attic. This did not cause Ty any problem from climbing up his ladder and work his way up into a tight entry. Ty was very informative about the work he did and gave us advice about some options we have going forward. We were very glad having Ty be our service representative.

Service Was Immediate and Professional
We had an issue with our hot water heater which required a new tank. I called on Thursday and they were out on Friday for a service call. They came back on Saturday and finished the job. It only took a couple of hours and the service was immediate and professional. Our service technician was Victor Severse, and I would definitely use Barlow again.
