Great experience with Motta
Great experience with Motta for the 3rd time with service tech Gregory G. My furnace is now 15 years old, and last February 2025, I was told by a different local company that I needed a new furnace during an annual check. I called Motta because they had originally installed it. They sent out Greg, and after a couple of visits and ordering of parts, he was able to fix what another HVAC was not willing to do!
Now, again in January 2026 in this frigid cold, the furnace stopped working on the Sunday morning of the 13-inch snowfall. The house got cold quickly. Thankfully, Greg is still with Motta a year later, and he came again! Again, it needed a part, but he was able to do a workaround for us to keep us warm and then returned 5 days later and fixed everything to work normally. He is excellent, knowledgeable, and clearly explains everything in detail for me. And he is kind and caring. All of this can be scary and expensive, especially in the record-breaking freezing temps we have been experiencing with our furnaces running constantly. Greg is very honest, and I trust him with our HVAC system. I would recommend Motta Heating.

Zachary was our technician sent to diagnose the initial problem with our furnace. After his findings of a faulty gas valve, we decided it was best to replace the entire furnace. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professional work ethics. We were also grateful a tech was sent out so quickly, as we were without heat. We would definitely use your company again, and recommend you to others. We would also like to commend Jayson and Roman, who came the next day to do the installation. They arrived on promised time; very impressed with knowledge and work ethic of both! They were very concerned that everything was working properly before leaving, and clean up was exceptional! We Only Call Motta
We just had a great experience using Motta to replace our cheap furnace with a new, more efficient, and higher BTU one. Motta saw we had some carbon monoxide leakage, and our old furnace was overworked and needed replacing anyway. Roman and Jayson were great on the installation. We've used Motta for maintenance and fixes on our old furnace for years, and they replaced our 30-year-old AC unit a few years ago as well. We only call Motta.

Motta was here on a day that we could not stay until they were complete. They left and we assumed that everything was fine.
A few days later they called and wanted to bring two men that were more familiar with oil-fired furnaces. We have had an oil furnace for 42 years. Why not send the correct serviceman to begin with?
Zackery was sent and he was very polite, thorough and informative. We appreciate your instructions to have the pipes cleaned by a chimney sweep.
Motta is to come back and clean the furnace now that it is complete.
The answering service strictly answers the phone. No HVAC knowledge there.
