Our heating went out last night when it was in the 20s outside. We called the late night emergency number and were treated with incredible courtesy and support. Because we are long term customers, someone was able to come out first thing and solved the problem within less than an hour. Love these guys.

Jim W was just here because two of our units were down—turned out it was a coincidence (two separate problems), but Jim fixed one of the problems within a few minutes and showed me how to do it myself next time; the other problem took a few minutes more (condensation line needed to be cleared). He was nice and got everything done quickly. I just told my husband that I'm so bummed we spent so many years with our often-frustrating old HVAC company. So happy we recently switched to Wyant! Going Well Above and Beyond
Our technician Chris was terrific, going well above and beyond. We had the first appointment of the morning and he arrived promptly and timely. He was friendly and professional, explaining the various elements of what was going on. He worked hard to diagnose the (not obvious) problem with our unit, and when he found out it was a part that was on backorder (and we were in the middle of a stretch of 100+ degree days with no AC) he began chasing every lead he had to track down the part, promising to do what it took. After identifying a colleague with the part in another part of the state, he immediately got in his truck for a 2+ hour round trip to ensure that the AC was working again by the afternoon. Friendly, professional, communicative, and most importantly not just satisfying himself with punching the clock on the basic job task but rather focused on going above and beyond to solve the customer's problem. Really appreciate his efforts.
