Ron has always been the best
Ron has always been the "BEST" for service in whatever he tackles with our hot water electric heat system in the fall or our two central A.C. units in the spring. Ron's attention to detail makes it easier for myself and my parents in the past to sleep at night knowing he is as thorough as anyone can ever hope for. I appreciate Pietz Service, where it starts with Cami being so professional, friendly, and courteous when she makes the appointments for the service calls, and to the end results with Ron's expertise suggestions. Amazing customer service
Steven C. did a great job checking over our furnace and AC unit. He had a positive attitude and gave me updates checking things. Amazing customer service and was flexible on when I would get back home for him to stop out to check our HVAC system.
Top notch efficient service
I had a smoking furnace at 6:40 a.m. By 7, I had an appointment set for between 8 and noon. At 8, Ron with Pietz called me to tell me he was on the way. By 8:30 the problem was diagnosed, a burnt out blower motor capacitor, and was being replaced and retested to make sure everything was good to go. As always, top notch efficient service.

Nothing but positive experiences
I have never had anything but positive experiences with Pietz Service Experts since installing my new unit and today was no different. Tyler Peterson performed a scheduled inspection to ensure everything was in working order before winter. He did a great job and took the time to answer any questions I had. Tyler is another Pietz Service Tech who represents the company well.
We would highly recommend Peitz
Our HVAC system quit on us in late July. We sent in the service request that night on the Peitz, Pierre, South Dakota website. They called the next morning early and said a technician would be there by 10:00 that morning. Ron arrived on time and quickly found our problem. He was professional and courteous. He explained the AC coil had a leak that could not be repaired. The system was 23 years old and that it needed replaced. He arranged for Josh to come by that afternoon to talk to us. Josh arrived on time and explained all of our options. He was very professional and knowledgeable with helping us with our decision. He placed the order for a new HVAC system and set up our installation date and time. All components arrived quickly. Dean and Garrett showed up promptly at 7:45 the morning of the installation and quickly removed the old system. They were completely done in five hours. They were respectful of the house when installing the system, pleasant attitudes, and fully explained each step of the process. They cleaned up after they were done, taking all of the old system with them. They then took the time to explain how the new system worked as well as how to work the new digital thermostat. We would highly recommend Peitz (Pierre SD) to anyone having problems with their HVAC system or needing a new system.

Called them on one of the hottest days of the year, as our unit wasn't keeping up. The technician (Roman) was here within two hours of our call, added what was needed to our unit, gave us some advice for the future, and off he went. We're so grateful.
