He was completely professional
Jesus Benitez-Felix was the service technician who came. The AC unit was not cooling… fan running but not the compressor. After troubleshooting the unit, he determined that by replacing a couple of parts, he may get the unit compressor to start. He was successful. He was completely professional, very competent and personal. I was extremely impressed with him.

Raul came yesterday to give me a quote for a hot water heater. He was extremely professional and explained everything that would fit my needs. Today he came to install a new hot water heater. It took him no time. Out with the old, in with the new, and everything was cleaned up as well. Then Raul explained the new replacements and safety features. Great job, Raul!!!

Kyle Stewart Did an Amazing Job
Kyle Stewart was my tech and did an absolutely amazing job helping me get my thermostat set up. I thought I had followed the instructions perfectly, and I had, but there were special things that required experience that I could not find online or in the instructions. Kyle did a wonderful job walking me through and getting me set up before my family got here today so we can have a cool house.

Technician was very courteous and efficient as always. So glad I chose Canyon State to replace my heat pump and to do my maintenance on my first home purchased in AZ. Six years later and I have moved back from Texas and of course I called Canyon State to assist with my needs for my new home. Antonio Dear was very thorough and found I needed less work done than expected. I appreciate how thorough he was and highly recommend him and the team at Canyon State.
