Jesus Benitez-Felix was the service technician who came. The AC unit was not cooling… fan running but not the compressor. After troubleshooting the unit, he determined that by replacing a couple of parts, he may get the unit compressor to start. He was successful. He was completely professional, very competent and personal. I was extremely impressed with him.

I thought I had followed the instructions perfectly, and I had, but there were special things that required experience that I could not find online or in the instructions. Kyle did a wonderful job walking me through and getting me set up before my family got here today so we can have a cool house.
