Excellent service. Thorough, thoughtful, patient, kind. I would welcome him again when I need service. Our system has old radiators and radiant floor heating in an addition. He checked and purged the air out of several of the old radiators that were not working well. That hasn't been done for several years.
Please do remind your team to purge radiators in old homes.

A Little Known and Under Appreciated Gem
A little known and under appreciated section of Parker Pearce is the plumbing department. We have had several encounters with James Morgan as different parts of our old house need loving attention. James has always been more than prompt and thoroughly efficient in resolving the plumbing problems we have had. He is conscientious and patient with our issues and needs. Excellent Experience with Monty Myer
Excellent experience with Monty Myer, who visited us for a home plumbing inspection and to snake our kitchen drain. Monty did an excellent job on evaluating our plumbing and explaining how to prevent clogged kitchen drains. He used a special small snake to fix our drain and explained why this is needed on some older homes.

Technicians are honest and I don’t feel like I am being ripped off. I do believe the maintenance plan is worth it, and I am usually skeptical of these recurring pay plans’ values.

Been a Maintenance member for over 2 years now, and the service is unparalleled. They call and remind you to book your service. I have had some issues with my units (not their fault), and the service is really good. They show up within the same day and address the problem almost immediately. Been working with Aaron for a while, and he is extremely knowledgeable. He explains the issues and the fixes. He never tries to upsell you into a new system—he is very honest and upstanding.

Highly professional HVAC service
I have an HVAC maintenance contract for which I receive highly professional service from skilled technicians. During my routine fall 2025 service, the tech found a drainage issue with my humidifier that had been undiscovered. He thoroughly explored the cause of the issue down to its drain in a sump (where no one had looked before). It was a major problem that, had it not been found and fixed, I could have had a huge flood. I appreciate the attentive and responsive service.
