Once completed, he shared some concerns and recommendations; no pressure, simply shared info that would allow us to make an informed decision. Our water heater pilot light would not stay lit. Called 2 big box stores and 2 local plumbing companies. I could not get through their automated call centers to find out my options. I called Rolf Griffin and, to my surprise, I actually was able to talk to a real person. Scheduled a technician to come out that same day for an evaluation. Because of the age of our water heater, it was recommended to replace. They came out the next day and installed a new one. Very professional installation; the technician was knowledgeable and respectful. Will call them first next time something happens. Thank you.

AMAZING Experience With All Three
I had a great experience with this company! My husband and I are so happy with the team from Rolf. Within 24 hours we had a system that came with an amazing experience! The consultant Cody Gamble was great and had us set in no time, and he was extremely knowledgeable. The day of installation was nerve-racking, but Justice Christianson and Denise Carpenter made it so much more comfortable; the two of them are probably the best I could have expected. They worked with kids and grandkids running around, and they both cared about my home and comfort. AMAZING experience with all three!

Very Impressed With Service
I called Rolf Griffin for AC repair and was able to get a same-day appointment. The repairman explained my options as my AC/furnace were 21 years old. Best financial/energy option was replacement of my old units. Even though I as a senior am still able to handle my financial affairs, I was very impressed that the sales reps would not make any commitment without my son being a part of the decision. I am very happy with my decision and impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the repairman, salesman, and installers.
