When I asked about my water heater, he told me how old it was and explained how a new one would work, and they ordered us a new one. A-Plus has come through for me once again. We recently replaced our 16-year-old heat pump system after heating failed. Thanks again to Brian Perry for helping us select the proper system for our home within our budget. They both were very professional and provided very useful information on the system’s performance while recommending the proper care and instructions on how best to utilize the features of the system. They even went the extra mile to make note of our hot water heaters and recommend that I choose them to service those, which I may just do that based on the quality of this appointment.
