They Were Excellent
Today we had a new system installed: furnace, A/C unit, two control pads, etc. Ahcene, Hugo, and Brian were excellent. They were informative, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and carpets. They were very careful and left the area spotless when they were done. They explained how to use the new system and walked us through it and made sure it was functioning correctly before they left. I would highly recommend them in the future.

On 1/29/26, 1-year anniversary, first maintenance appointment set up for 2/10/26 between 2–4 p.m. ACE-certified technician Kevin Sheenan arrived at my residence around 3 p.m., completed assignment at 4:03 p.m.; he was very personable, knowledgeable on preventive HVAC maintenance. He washed the reusable air filter, checked the electrical connections, draw gas pressure and temp rise were all "OK," at no charge. Our tankless water heater went kaput and we were left with no hot water. When I called Freschi, they sent Salvador out the very next morning. Salvador was personable and extremely professional.
