We Are Very Pleased With Hugo's Services
Hugo was on time and did maintenance on our three air conditioning units. He also changed air filters on one furnace and communicated that the filters on our other furnaces are not due for changing until October. Hugo was here last year and we hope he will be available again in October. It's good to have the same technician for each visit for continuity. We are very pleased with Hugo's services.

Soane Finau and Danny Amerson from Freschi Service Experts are an awesome tag-team!!
They arrived on time after first sending a message that they were on their way. Upon arriving we discussed their plan and did a walk-through. Then they got to it.
Since they were cleaning my duct system, they prepped the floors by covering them and sealed the ducts. Then they did the voo-doo that they do-do to get the job done, all the while keeping me advised.
After they finished cleaning the ducts, they cleaned up and picked up their duct cleaning supplies. Danny took his leave while Soane continued with the second task, installing a UV system.
Soane continued to keep me informed as his work progressed. Upon completion, he showed me what he had done before cleaning up and leaving.
Both gentlemen were courteous, thorough and respectful of my property.

They Were Excellent
Today we had a new system installed: furnace, A/C unit, two control pads, etc. Ahcene, Hugo, and Brian were excellent. They were informative, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and carpets. They were very careful and left the area spotless when they were done. They explained how to use the new system and walked us through it and made sure it was functioning correctly before they left. I would highly recommend them in the future.

On 1/29/26, 1-year anniversary, first maintenance appointment set up for 2/10/26 between 2–4 p.m. ACE-certified technician Kevin Sheenan arrived at my residence around 3 p.m., completed assignment at 4:03 p.m.; he was very personable, knowledgeable on preventive HVAC maintenance. He washed the reusable air filter, checked the electrical connections, draw gas pressure and temp rise were all "OK," at no charge. I'm a very satisfied customer and joined the Preventive HVAC Maintenance Membership at 15% discount on repairs, services, and air purification products, 3-yr 100% guarantee on repairs for $15 per month.

Our experience with Freschi is always exceptional. We are Membership++ customers and have been very happy with the company and the services provided. Our tankless water heater went kaput and we were left with no hot water. When I called Freschi, they sent Salvador out the very next morning. Salvador was personable and extremely professional.
