My tech Ryan was very knowledgeable concerning the HVAC situation. He replaced an electrical component on the compressor outside and showed me the wire that had burned and broke. I signed up for their plan which included heating, cooling, and plumbing. I paid around $555.00 for the part and the plan. Hopefully when I need the heating inspected I will get Ryan again. Very impressed with the young man!

Today, 2-25-21, Technician Michael Crow came to do our first furnace check-up on the new Lennox HVAC unit that was installed in our home in June 2020. Also, I want to thank Chris Gephart (Sales Representative) for signing us up last June 2020 for the installation of our new energy-efficient HVAC unit with a Pure Air filter and UV light, as well as signing us up for the Advantage Program which has given us VIP treatment from Chris and his staff!
