Repairman for A/C shutdown arrived on a hot, humid Sunday. He found the cause quickly and fixed our A/C immediately by replacing blown fuses. He was courteous, efficient, and informative. Only problem was not knowing when he was to arrive—multiple calls to the office were unhelpful.

I have been a customer of Parker Pearce for decades, and I continue to be very happy with their promptness, service, and prices.
My HVAC system stopped blowing cold air around 2 p.m. a few days ago. The temperature outside that Saturday was in the 90s and rising inside my house very fast. Their expert technician, "Mr. May," arrived at 9 p.m. and saved the day. Mr. May asked a few questions and then reassured me he could fix my system and did so in about 20 minutes. Mr. May was highly skilled and very professional. I highly recommend Parker Pearce Service Experts (now known as CroppMetcalfe) for any HVAC related work.

A pair of knowledgeable skilled technicians evaluated my furnace and gave me good information about its condition, showing me a video of the inside heat exchanger, which exhibited numerous spots of rust. They did the same evaluation of the water heater, which was showing evidence of rust on the outside. They explained my options clearly and made sure I understood the costs.
