Four techs (Rob, Rob Jr., Blake, and Bryan) showed up bright and early Tuesday morning, along with a crane, to install 2 HVAC systems in our condo. Starting by lifting, placing, and installing equipment on the roof of our five-story building, by two o'clock Wednesday afternoon, both systems were completely installed and operational. The techs were all polite, more than willing to answer any and all questions, careful to protect our floors and walls. We couldn't have been happier.

All around wonderful experience
We have been customers of Arundel Cooling and Heating for many years now. We’ve had both units at our home replaced, one 2 years ago and the other one on the other side of the house this month. They did a great job installing both units. We have a very large house, and both units need to be operating efficiently. They took the time to make sure everything was operating correctly and even came back to fix a problem that was not part of the install. They gave me a discount on that service as well. Walt, the manager, was very accommodating and respectful. The technician, Tommy Fleischer, was very efficient and on time. All around wonderful experience with this company. I highly recommend them.
They always go above and beyond
Tommy Fleischer and Jimmy (sorry I didn’t get his last name) showed up today (4/10/26) to install a new HVAC system and remove my old HVAC system due to the compressor going bad. They showed up on time, were very professional and personable, then got busy doing their job. They were very meticulous, which I greatly appreciated! I have been doing business with Arundel Cooling & Heating over 10 years because they are a first-class business and the staff is exceptional. Anytime I have ever had a problem with my HVAC system they always go above and beyond to remedy my reason for contacting them.
