Now That Is What I Call Service
Called for service at 8:30, tech arrived at 10:00, needed parts. He drove 50 miles each way to get the parts. Installed the parts then tested the furnace, works great. Gave me suggestion on preventing future failure. Gone at 1:45. Now that is what I call service.

Very professional. I had a (thankfully) minor issue with a drain that he told me how to fix to prevent any future issues, which I appreciate. He was honest and saved me a ton of money. Then, he explained it again so I could write it down. Will for sure be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

We have always had wonderful luck with McElroys. Recently we woke in the middle of the night with no heat. Called and they were able to get a repair person out the same day; Jose Benavides was even a little early getting to us. He checked the furnace out and got it working again with no more issues. Excellent service! Brian Lange was very professional and knowledgeable. Listened to my concern about a leak in the humidifier on the furnace. Took care of the problem by taking the time to clean out pipes and tubes which were causing the blockage and leak. Very nice young man!
