Noticed a water leak on our heat pump around 10 a.m. Problem was diagnosed and repair completed around 3 p.m. He kept me informed how the process was progressing.

We have always had wonderful luck with McElroys. Recently we woke in the middle of the night with no heat. Called and they were able to get a repair person out the same day; Jose Benavides was even a little early getting to us. He checked the furnace out and got it working again with no more issues. I definitely recommend these folks!

Excellent service! Brian Lange was very professional and knowledgeable. Listened to my concern about a leak in the humidifier on the furnace. Took care of the problem by taking the time to clean out pipes and tubes which were causing the blockage and leak. Very nice young man!

My husband and I had a pipe burst apart in our crawl space. Unfortunately, we found more imperfections in the drain line and moved forward with a re-pipe of our entire drain line. I had an excellent experience with Brian Lange during my recent HVAC/heating service appointment. From the moment he arrived, Brian was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the system, and explained exactly what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he answered all my questions with patience and honesty.
Brian completed the work efficiently and neatly. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and even offered helpful tips on maintaining my system to prevent future problems. It’s rare to find a technician who combines strong technical skills with such outstanding customer service. Brian even took the time to help me with a table I needed to move, which was a huge help!

The crew was efficient and professional
Blower on furnace went out the evening before Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving morning I called the 24/7 call line and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The techs that came did the diagnostics. After going over the options of putting on a bandaid on a 20-year-old system I opted to get a new system. The crew came first thing Saturday morning, got right to work, and had the old one out and the new one in by the afternoon. The crew were efficient and professional. The 3 man team worked like a well-oiled machine. When they left you would never know they were here. They cleaned up everything. They walked me through the functions of the new system and showed me where the filter was and how to change it. I am very happy that I made the call to McElroy Service.
