I highly recommend technician Ronald Schwartz. He was super friendly and answered any questions patiently. Professional but still easy to joke and talk with. Pretty easy to schedule appointments and always arrive when they say. We've been with them for years. Parents have been with them even longer. Both of us: furnace and A/C installation, repairs, and maintenance. I highly recommend, but sometimes the communication from their office or call center can be inconsistent. Still recommend.

We've had Ira specifically a few times and always appreciate his calm, helpful demeanor. Well, today was time for my regular maintenance with my furnace. Greg Cauble was out here once again to explain to me about the UV blue light because of all the mold that is forming. I made a decision today to go ahead and have the light placed on my furnace so he can quit asking. Nah, just playing. Greg was great. He has a great sense of humor. Very professional, explained everything to me so I went ahead and added the UV blue light. He also explained the Advantage Program that Broad Ripple Heating has and how I would benefit if I signed up, but I also have an option to pay for the UV light within the next two months and not take the Advantage Program. But all in all, I have the warranty on the UV light for five years or, should I say, the service for five years. The blue light I will have to buy myself, which on Amazon is roughly $50 if I choose to pay off the Advantage Program agreement within two months. What I also got out of the service today was a free air duct cleaning, which I really need, and it will be scheduled the next week or two. All in all, I can’t complain—great service always with great people that look out for, and apparently, your health. Greg is not a doctor, but he has over 20 years of experience and I trusted in his suggestions.
