Our Arundel Heating & Cooling technicians get a 5 star rating from us! Two days ago, our old furnace died overnight. They sent diagnostic technicians that morning who diagnosed the problem (23-year-old control board was burnt). They recommended a solution and included a military discount because I’m retired Navy. Today, the installation technicians arrived at 8 a.m. and installed our new “Christmas” two-stage furnace from Lennox. The technicians were skilled, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what they were doing, including answering any questions we had before they departed at 10:54 a.m. Five star rating to our technicians and Arundel Heating & Cooling.

Had an emergency heating issue during Thanksgiving weekend. Arundel was able to send out a tech the day I called. The tech was knowledgeable and made sure we had a source of heat before leaving. There is a warranty issue, so the final repairs will happen after the manufacturer is contacted. Bottom line is we have heat. Thanks.

Honest and fair. Other companies repeatedly tried to get me to replace older equipment that was working fine. Not these guys. If it’s working, all their techs have said keep it going, no coercive upselling of unneeded replacements.

Arundel Cooling and Heating were professional and courteous from the start. Tucker was a very knowledgeable salesman on the subject of getting a new HVAC system. Blake and Haleek were very skilled and efficient installers of the equipment. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company.
Overall very happy with my experience
HVAC system started making some weird noises. I was not a current subscriber to any of their services, but they were out here the same day to inspect my system. The noise was no longer an issue when they were here, but the tech recommended I speak to a sales rep (Tucker). Tucker came out the same day and provided a quote the very next day. I should also mention I did not feel pressured to get a system. He even encouraged me to check other vendors.
A day later, the noise was back, and another tech came out 2 days later to diagnose the issue.
I decided to move forward with a replacement, and they (Jim, Blake, and Haleek) got here bright and early 3 days later for the install. They were extremely professional, and I was quite impressed they did not leave any materials (inside or outside) after they were done.
I also financed the new unit, and that process also went quite smoothly.
Overall, very happy with my experience with everyone I dealt with in the last week.
