5 stars to technician Steve Miles on a service call two days before Christmas. Arundel Cooling and Heating replaced our HVAC system a few years ago and did an outstanding job. Steve came to the house for a routine checkup of the equipment. He really went in-depth to make sure our system was ready for the winter. He even called me back after he left to remind me I was down to one third level of heating oil in our tank. Thanks so much!

Quick, efficient, and very responsive to your needs and service. Dec 29 noticed HVAC drain pan was overflowing. Louis the technician had to become a contortionist to get behind the unit and PVC pipes in a very tight space in order to identify and clear a blockage. Couldn’t ask for a more outstanding service provided by Louis and Arundel Heating and Plumbing Company.

Our Arundel Heating & Cooling technicians get a 5 star rating from us! Two days ago, our old furnace died overnight. They sent diagnostic technicians that morning who diagnosed the problem (23-year-old control board was burnt). They recommended a solution and included a military discount because I’m retired Navy. Today, the installation technicians arrived at 8 a.m. and installed our new “Christmas” two-stage furnace from Lennox. The technicians were skilled, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what they were doing, including answering any questions we had before they departed at 10:54 a.m. Five star rating to our technicians and Arundel Heating & Cooling.

Had an emergency heating issue during Thanksgiving weekend. Arundel was able to send out a tech the day I called. The tech was knowledgeable and made sure we had a source of heat before leaving. There is a warranty issue, so the final repairs will happen after the manufacturer is contacted. Bottom line is we have heat. Thanks.
