I had a leak in one of my downstairs ceilings. Very concerned, I called R.B. Travis. Their dispatcher, Javier, came and addressed the problem immediately. He fixed the leak, and was so professional and helpful... explaining things as he went. On top of that, he was so courteous and friendly. He even helped me clean up afterwards so it was spotless. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

They have been great every time.
We have a home warranty that uses them and they have been great every time. They had to practically replace every pipe under my house and they were there for like 10 hours straight under my tiny crawl space. They were very pleasant for having to be under my house for that long on a hot summer day! We just had Ajon (sp?) come back this morning on a Saturday and he’s super nice and thorough. He’s very respectful and likes my cats! Great company!

They came to fix a leak. We ended up finding another leak, and they fixed that too. The next day, we noticed that there was still some water accumulating around the repaired area. We called them again to come take a look. They scheduled us in immediately and met with us the next day to finalize the repair. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.

Our service technician Scott was prompt, professional, and offered several different approaches to help us fix our drainage issues with our showers. After a thorough inspection, he offered a fair price to fix the problem. Very professional and friendly Customer Support
Very professional and friendly Customer Support team who promptly scheduled the service call to fix the broken main water line connecting meter to home, and the Service Technician Nicholas who fixed the multiple leaks the same day. The only thing that could not be resolved was the main water control knob that was not completely stopping the water flow because Nicholas' supervisor did not authorize the replacement despite his recommendation and request! Other than this minor issue, everyone is very professional and good and completed the job to my satisfaction! Thanks
