I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. My technician, Mr. Daryle, was the consummate professional, very respectful of me, my house, and my request. He came to check my air conditioner unit. He was thorough, informative, professional, funny, and honest. It was as if I were sitting with my favorite uncle. Ms. Shanice, customer service representative, was so empathetic, kind, professional, and patient. My experience was amazing all around. This experience has been very good
I just want to start by saying this experience has been very good with excellent service. I first called on June 25th when I noticed our upstairs A/C system was not working properly.
Aaron Sotherland and Andy Messick arrived the same day, early before the scheduled appointment, and assessed what was needed. Andy and Aaron were great and got us on the schedule for June 29th for a new upstairs A/C unit.
Ronnie Smith and Jason Owens arrived before 8 a.m. and proceeded to work diligently in the stifling heat to ensure we had excellent working air conditioning before noon!
The upstairs air conditioning has been working like a champ ever since, and just in time before the record-breaking heat wave! We are so grateful and appreciative for Aaron, Andy, Ronnie, and Jason’s hard work and dedication and just wanted to say great job guys, you rock and HTTR!
Back to Polar Ice Status
Okay, so, called and shared concerns. I’ve been without A/C since 7/2/26. Note outside was 2 degrees shy of hell. The team of Mr. Dwayne and Mr. Aaron showed up at 4:15 p.m. on 7/7/26, and in less than 30 minutes we were back to polar ice status. That included the work to my compressor. Y’all better call them, quick, and tell them KDD sent you. Okay, let me go get my electric blanket, it’s freezing in here! Stay cool!
All in all, a great experience
Darryl Vaughn showed up and got right to work. After just a few minutes, he had to leave to pick up a part. He told us how long it would take, and he returned within that time. Shortly thereafter, we were back up and running. All in all, a great experience. Can't thank you and Darryl enough.
Dwayne Henry Did a Great Job
Dwayne Henry was my AC technician and did a great job all around. Repaired my AC system, replaced the motor and other parts in 98° weather. Very friendly and personable, and thorough as well. Overall, my experience with this company was great!

These two technicians renewed my trust
I had one technician for 10 years, and I was very disappointed when I was sent technicians Adrian Hawkins and John. Boy, was I in for an amazing surprise. Adrian and John, after meeting a very unhappy customer, left me laughing out loud with them. I followed them around every step as they did my service maintenance. I could tell they are very skilled technicians because I had been trained by my previous technician, Josh, what to look for. Adrian and John explained what they were doing and put my mind at ease as to the level of their expertise. I would like to thank Anthony for his service on my water heater. Anthony explained to me how often I should have my water heater serviced. Recently, during the three hottest days of the season so far (90's), our AC was not blowing out cold air. Olympic Aire came the next day and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Adrian Hawkins came with a co-worker. They have come before and have always been very pleasant, friendly, and professional.
