Before leaving, he cleaned up his work area and even took the extra time to clean the P trap in one of my upstairs sinks, which I really appreciated. I want to thank Coastal Service Experts for the excellent service! Today was no exception! The technician, Hayden, arrived promptly and started to work on checking my unit. Today was just my maintenance check that comes with my plan. The service was handled quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Hayden then took the time to explain what he found! They Did a Phenomenal Job
Coastal came out pretty promptly when I reached out online to set an appointment to get a quote on replacing my old HVAC that decided to go out, and Jimmy (Sales Tech) was very knowledgeable on my service options and needs. Then a few days later I got scheduled for replacement and Jaren and Ryan (installers) came out and did a phenomenal job setting up the new system and smart thermostat for me. They also navigated a small entryway to get the equipment inside pretty quickly and thoroughly. The cleanup on the site and install was A++. My home now heats and cools efficiently and smells better lol. I also no longer have an eyesore of an old HVAC. I'd highly recommend this company, very professional and they have some of the best maintenance programs out there with the Advantage plan.
