I had no AC. Called on a Monday morning and got an appointment for that evening. Diagnosed the problem very quickly, fixed it, and now I have AC. I’ve always had good experiences with Parker Pearce (now it is CroppMetcalfe) in the past.

Our A/C unit went out during this hot and humid week, and we were miserable! I made an appointment and was able to get someone here the next morning by 10:20. The technicians were pleasant, efficient, and answered my questions. I have a contract with CroppMedcalfe for a few years now and have had good service.

We have been a yearly contract consumer with Parker Pearce, now CroppMetcalfe, for two decades and have found their experts to be thorough and willing to explain what they have done, or what we need to do. I have never regretted the advice that they have given. I understand the name change to be just a name change—same people, same service.

We have used Parker Pearce since we moved into our townhouse for annual HVAC maintenance. Our AC unit is on the roof and only accessible by ladder. They always send someone special for that. We also used them to flush out a water heater and repair/rebuild three toilets. Every time they do a great job communicating when they will be here. Without exception they are absolutely polite and professional and good at what they do. Their trucks, tools, and uniforms are clean, they wear booties inside the house, and are dog friendly! I highly recommend them. We also have not noticed any change in service levels since the change in ownership.

Sebastian, the technician dispatched to my home on one of the hottest days of the year, quickly diagnosed the problem and restored my air conditioning in short order. What a relief and what fantastic work.

My HVAC system stopped blowing cold air around 2 p.m. a few days ago. The temperature outside that Saturday was in the 90s and rising inside my house very fast. Their expert technician, "Mr. May," arrived at 9 p.m. and saved the day. Mr. May asked a few questions and then reassured me he could fix my system and did so in about 20 minutes. Mr. May was highly skilled and very professional. I highly recommend Parker Pearce Service Experts (now known as CroppMetcalfe) for any HVAC related work.
