The past few days my furnace has been making some awful grinding noises, and I called Barlow and they sent someone out ASAP and worked with my work schedule. Trent came, found the problem, made a recommendation to replace the furnace to solve the freezing problem. Get rid of a condensing furnace in the attic. The wrong furnace for an attic installation has caused years of freezing problems. Barlow is efficient and Trent took time to explain the situation and how to avoid it in the future.
