The night before Snowmageddon 2026, my 30+ year old furnace (Bessie) went out! I immediately called Olympic Aire Services, and bright and early the very next day Technician Gary was at my door! Gary diagnosed the problem(s) and got the old girl running. Gary took time to explain the situation and condition of my furnace and gave me recommendations going forward. Gary was very knowledgeable about my furnace, and I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and recommendations. While it's time for the old girl to retire, I'm confident that Olympic Aire and Gary will help me through the transition to a new furnace. World class professional level
We have been doing business with Olympic Aire since 2014. They have installed 3 HVAC systems in my home and outbuildings as well as other services. My most recent contact involved a leak in an expansion tank on my water heater. Andy Messick was dispatched and repaired the leak. During the repair, the expansion tank was defective. Our water heater was 14 years old and reaching the end of life, so I asked Andy to quote me a replacement. Andy provided the quote and I accepted. The next morning, Ronnie Smith and Jason Owens were dispatched to install the new system. All three of these technicians performed at a world class professional level, answered all of my questions and left my property clean. I would also like to thank the office staff for their attention to this issue. Any day that I interface with Olympic Aire is a day that they make me smile.

I contacted several HVAC companies during a winter cold front and received no response. My family and I were cold, stressed, and desperate after our unit broke down. When I called Olympic Aire Services, everything changed.
They immediately jumped into action and sent out a technician, Joshua Eppard, who arrived promptly, was extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and took the time to explain everything to my family and me. He also identified a serious fire hazard caused by improper installation of the unit. Joshua corrected the issue right away and assured us he would rush the repair to make sure everything was safe and handled properly.
Several days later, a second technician, Andy Messick, arrived early, prepared, and just as professional. Andy thoroughly explained everything, went above and beyond by identifying and fixing additional issues that were initially missed, and made sure all our concerns were addressed. He was organized, clean, and incredibly patient.
Because of the outstanding service from both technicians, we confidently signed a yearly service contract with Olympic Aire Services. This company truly represents the American dream—reliable, honest, professional, and fair-priced, without trying to hit your pocket like others.
