Andy Messick did a great job diagnosing and repairing an issue with my system, which he discovered was caused by a short in my thermostat sensor. Also, Jennifer, Skylar, and Marilyn in the front office were all very empathetic and helpful.

Adrian and John were amazing. My HVAC system was making some humming noise after cooling off my house last night, so I called Olympic Aire early this morning and was added to the schedule the same day. Amazing! So when John and Adrian arrived, John was so full of great spirits, and Adrian got straight to diagnosing the issue. Luckily, other than some dirty filters (yuck), my HVAC system seemed to be OK. Olympic Aire has a lifetime member here. Thank you, John and Adrian, for analyzing my HVAC system and for the great conversation.

Tim and Jason did a 4-ton Carrier heat pump + coil install today. They were professional and thorough throughout the install process. This is also our 3rd major appliance install with Olympic. Recommended.

I’ve been with Olympic Aire Inc for over 20 years, and I’ve had excellent service. They’re always on time with the scheduled service appointments; also, they’re right there quickly if there’s an emergency with your heat or air. They also have reasonable prices.
