Seasonal Tune-Up Last Week
Got our seasonal tune-up last week! The technician, Matthew DeLay, was very professional and efficient. Spoke with my husband about some outstanding issue and took the initiative to order a part and schedule a follow-up visit. We pay about $180/year for annual maintenance, and the bi-annual tune-up process has been working very well with us.

We’ve had a great experience with Wesley Wood and their HVAC maintenance package. It’s one of those services you don’t realize how valuable it is until you have it—consistent, reliable, and one less thing to worry about.
Their team is always professional, on time, and respectful of our space. They take the time to explain what they’re doing, flag anything that may need attention down the line, and never make you feel pressured into unnecessary work.
Honestly, one of the best parts is that they call me to schedule. It takes the mental load off completely—HVAC maintenance is so important, but it’s not something that’s ever top of mind. Knowing they stay on top of it for us makes a big difference.

Very professional service visit
Alan Kobb was right on time and got directly to work in looking into my heating system and condensation pump problem. Alan evaluated several scenarios that could have caused my heating problem and made an adjustment to the condensation pump, and that adjustment fixed the problem. Alan was very professional throughout his service visit and did not rush at any time during his technical assessment to fix the problem. I would recommend Alan for any Wesley Wood service visit.
