I like the 2x a year maintenance check-ups. Keeps things clean and running well. Not sure really about joining all of the membership clubs of this company though.
I really love this company
Rick and Kyle came out to perform my scheduled maintenance. I have a maintenance plan and do this twice a year, and the plan costs about $10 per month. It also provides me a 15% discount on repairs, but mostly it's peace of mind since this is South Florida and AC issues are a fact of life. Each time they come out, they check the drain lines, clean them, change the filters and bulbs, and ensure everything is running smoothly. Rick and Kyle were prompt, super friendly, and took the time to explain everything about the system and the maintenance process. Kyle even emailed me information about a separate plan for filters and bulbs that could save me money annually, which I appreciated.
They did an excellent job, and I really love this company. Even when I've had AC issues, they have responded immediately (same day!) and fixed things promptly. Their costs are reasonable, especially compared to what I pay in Broward County, where I live most of the year and where the service is usually sub-par. I have been using Service Experts for a condo in Naples that I rent out, and I've been very happy with them so far. I have recommended them to friends and family and even got my mother signed up for a plan for her place in Naples.

I want to praise Service Experts. I purchased our second complete AC system from them, and the Lennox system was installed yesterday. The installers, Lexi and Britton, did a flawless install. They were prompt, courteous, and answered all my questions. They took the time to explain the operation of the new system and got the S40 Smart Thermostat online and got my Lennox app installed onto all my Apple devices. Britton did a great job in helping with that. Lexi did an outstanding install. He is very knowledgeable about the mechanics and electrical connections to get our system working flawlessly. My salesperson, Ronnie Quiones, was excellent. He will go the extra mile to answer all your questions and make certain that you understand everything. He is a very good listener. Thanks to Pablo Estrada, the GM, for his assistance in getting the pricing necessary to close the sale.
