Chase Sullivan Is the Best Tech
Chase Sullivan is the best tech I've had out to service my A/C that I can remember. He opened it up and checked things that I have not seen others do.
Maria Julian was excellent in providing options for A/C in my garage gym, and laying everything out for other options I wanted for my up and downstairs units.

System is running as expected
In 2021, due to a shortage of A/Cs caused by COVID lockdowns, in an emergency, we had to purchase an oversized system to the tune of over $17,000. We make payments monthly for 10 years that include the service agreement as well. The servicemen have been prompt and the system is running as expected. Just wish the cost wasn’t so high.
