Victor did an excellent job replacing the pan in my air handler after taking out my compressor, cleaning out the mold in the system and on the plenum, and cleaning the fan and checking out my entire system. Tyvary Jackson serviced our tankless water heater, saw the unit did not have a relief valve and pipe to drain outside, and did not have a small right-size pipe to repair. He said he was going to alert the dispatcher he needed to get this done and said he would be sure this will be fixed soon. He said the tankless water heater looked good and was working well.
