Very happy with my Gordon repair
Very happy with my Gordon repair. My toilet handle was not working. I put off the repair for so long, thinking it would be too expensive. The repair man was very efficient and friendly, the cost was less than expected, and my toilet works! Life is good.

When it was time to sign for service, Gary came upstairs where I was sewing. Since I am in my 80s, this meant I did not have to go downstairs. I appreciated this thoughtfulness. Great service. I had a maintenance appointment scheduled for late afternoon to evening, but they called around 1 p.m. and had an opening to come early, which was perfect for me. Calvin did a great job cleaning everything as well as checking for any signs of problems. He was out of replacement filters and said he would be sure to have someone bring me one. Less than 2 hours later, Calvin came back by with a replacement filter and installed it for me. I've been using Gordon's for many years, and the service always comes with a smile.

Very Happy With the Service
Very happy with the service. I scheduled an appointment for a routine HVAC system inspection using the website. I was able to schedule a time between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. The technician, Gary, called at 7 p.m. and he told he would be here in 25 minutes (also, I received an email and a text saying he was on the way), and he arrived before 7:30. He was courteous and professional, and told me all the system checks he would perform. He checked the thermostat, then furnace and the evaporator coils, then the condenser (outside unit), performing electrical checks, refrigerant pressure checks, and an overall condition check. He finished in about 30 minutes and provided a written report on what he found by email. He was quick, thorough, and explained all the work he did. This a standard service they provide, which cost $99. Just for the peace of mind, I consider this reasonable and well worth the cost. I highly recommend Service Experts for this service.
