Excellent service. Furnace broke on one of the coldest days of the year. Tech was able to get the part and repair it the same day so we didn’t have to go the weekend without heat. Extremely grateful.

Had to schedule a kitchen drain replacement after a DIY faucet replacement went awry a few weeks ago. Ted was able to replace an old, corroded sink drain in minutes. He was understanding and worked with me on pricing, and offered some guidance on best practices for other plumbing questions around the house. Rob was terrific. My A/C stopped working on a Saturday and he was there that morning. It took a while to get things fixed, but he would not give up. He tested everything and diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous as all of my experiences with McLoughlin people have been. They have been my go-to for heating and air conditioning and plumbing work for 15 years and it’s because they have people like Rob.

A consummate professional
1) Quickly diagnosed the HTP water heater failure, then took the necessary steps to quickly acquire the required part. Cold showers are no fun, thus speed to resolve is greatly appreciated.
2) Diagnosed ejector pump failure, ordered a replacement and provided an estimate. As always, the process and the on-site work were timely and efficient. Eric was cheerful, patiently answered my questions and scheduled the installation of the replacement parts.
3) Theodore replaced several frozen valves, replaced cartridges and diagnosed issues with faucet repair/installation. He is quick, efficient but plenty patient in answering my questions. All in all, he is a consummate professional and a fine representative of the McLoughlin organization.

We moved a few years ago to a home that now needed a new HVAC system installed. This was an outdoor heat pump system. McLoughlin proposal clearly laid out various options we could choose from, scheduled the work quickly and completed the installation efficiently. We are very satisfied with the whole experience.
