ESA Came Through During Brutal Cold
As always, ESA came through, especially during this brutal blast of cold temperatures. Our heat went out sometime during the night, and within hours of my call, Chris was on site. Not only did he diagnose the problem, he also educated us on the workings of our system. We appreciate the personalized attention he gave to us, as though we were the only ones without heat. Kudos to ESA for their selection of the most superior technicians!
They Have My Total Trust and Confidence
I have been a satisfied customer of ESA for many years and have NEVER had a less than stellar experience. As a technician, Ibrahim Abdulraham was an absolute wizard who correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts from Carrier to completely fix the system. He was a puzzle master who completely tore apart the heat exchanger, installed the new parts, and had us up and running in record time. I cannot speak highly enough about ESA and Ibrahim. They have my total trust and confidence to get the issue resolved quickly and at a fair price. I consider them both as “blue chip, first round” choices in any league.

Our technician, Ibrahim, was great. He was careful to not track dirt and snow into the house during his visit, was quick and professional, and explained to us how we could potentially fix similar issues in the future on our own. The issue was quickly resolved, and he shared a couple of funny experiences with us. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5-star review is due to a little chaos in scheduling and confirming the appointment with the after-hours answering service. I would continue using them.

Unexpected issue with our 2-year-old Trane system—naturally right before the biggest winter storm of the year! ESA sent their technician Tarrance out the same day, and he diagnosed the issue immediately. ESA was able to get the needed part within less than a day, and Tarrance came back out and got our heat working before the temps dropped into the teens and lower! Great job by Tarrance and the ESA team!

My furnace was down and I called Environmental Systems to come out. Cory was awesome in arranging service the same day. Ibrahim came out and was professional and knowledgeable! He diagnosed the issue as a failed control board. Not great news, but the part was covered under Carrier warranty, so all I paid for was labor. He was back 2 days later with the part, and we were up and running. I’ve been a contract customer for 10 years and ESA has been awesome to work with. Highly recommend them!!

Extremely knowledgeable and thorough
I had my first HVAC service today. My service person was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He oiled, cleaned, tightened, and checked the furnace and humidifier components. This was not just a superficial glance at the equipment and a filter change (although the filters were changed). Everything was inspected and returned to its best performance. Any mess was cleaned up, and he even wore paper booties to protect the floor. I recommend Environmental Systems if you want a job well done.
