I purchased a heating and cooling system from Atmostemp. Jason was my initial contact who recommended a system that he thought would be a good fit for what I wanted to achieve! Let me start by saying that I rarely write reviews for companies. However, right from my initial contact with Jason I got the feeling that I was making a good choice choosing this company. Next, and in record time I might add, Atmostemp sent a team of technicians/installers consisting of Josh, Tyler, and Dan. Immediately upon arrival this team went to work installing my system, paying extreme attention to detail. The trio worked diligently to make sure that my system was installed with perfection! Later during the install, a fourth technician (Cliff) joined the trio to assist with the install. Just like his coworkers, Cliff jumped right in to help with the 10 star ********** install! Like I said, reviews are typically not my thing, but because of the service I received from all five of the above mentioned, I have no problem giving CREDIT where CREDIT is due! If you are looking to have ANY work done that they offer, trust me, you should call them. Jason, Josh, Tyler, Dan, and Cliff, thank you for a job extremely well done! P.S.; this company has found a customer for life!!! Oh yea, they even cleaned up every fragment of trash associated with the install! BELIEVE IT!

Glad I found a reputable company close by in Atmostemp
Furnace broke down on, of course, Thanksgiving Day. I called Atmostemp and they had a technician (Dylan) out at my house within 30 minutes. I had already self-diagnosed the issue as a broken hot-surface ignitor, but due to the holiday I couldn't obtain a replacement part to fix it myself. To Dylan's credit, he confirmed the diagnosis, did not try to upsell me on anything else, changed the filter (from spares I had in stock), and gave me a comprehensive status report on the overall condition of the HVAC unit, which I appreciated. The previous company (NOT Atmostemp, and I won't name them) I had out here a few years ago in the summer to fix the A/C (it's a combo HVAC unit) did a good job with that repair, but turned off a switch on the inside circuit board which disabled the heat—I found this out 5 months later when the heat failed to kick on. Pretty sure they did that on purpose so I would have to have them back out for another service call once the weather turned cold. Glad I found a reputable company close by in Atmostemp and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Always wearing a mask and covering their shoes before they enter your home. My personal choice is Eric. Does good work and he will always give you the honest truth about your system. Eric's recommendations have been on time and have saved us a lot of money. I always ask for him. Very happy with this company and there is good value with their annual maintenance contracts. We will continue to use their services. Also, if you ever have to call for direction and getting the ins and outs of great customer service, ask for Roxanne Yates. She has always answered my questions, made sure I got to the right person, and she’s just a great person with plenty of professional patience. Experienced another good patient service rep, Jeff Shepard. Very knowledgeable. Customer friendly and very respectful. Saved me the headache of another part that was going bad on the heating system to be replaced before it goes out in the middle of winter. Greatly appreciated. The company speaks for itself. I’ve been receiving this great service from them for 25 years. And it's better each visit. You can count on these guys!!!
