I can’t express how happy I am with the installation of my new heat pump and thermostat. From start to finish, everything was handled in a highly professional manner. I would especially like to thank Lee for his outstanding professionalism and quick, efficient service. The technicians, Colby Stauffer and his coworker, were excellent—fast, knowledgeable, and very respectful. They took great care to clean everything up after completing the job. This visit was for the purpose of installing a recommended upgrade to my humidifier. The technician, Matt DeLay, completed the upgrade in a very professional manner, and did a nice job in explaining how to use the system.

Matt Delay came to service our boiler and went above and beyond by also replacing some parts that I wasn't even aware of at the time that needed to be replaced. We had been without heat for nearly three weeks and he championed our system and got it up and running before the new year. We now have heat and hot water; our house is once again comfortable.
