Brian Payton came out a little before 8 p.m., so I assumed that my water pump wouldn't be replaced till the next day. Brian was awesome! He said, "How far is the closest Home Depot? I'll have it fixed tonight." He was here until 11:30 p.m., but he lived up to his word! 10/10 service! Would definitely call if I need help in the future! As painless of an experience as there could be, given the circumstances!

Called Stevenson to take a look at my 21-year-old HVAC system. Jeremy and Dan did a great job explaining the issues that come with an aging unit. Bottom line, I will be purchasing a new, more efficient HVAC unit. I really appreciate their full evaluation and detailed explanation of different types of HVACs available. Will follow up after the install.

Stevenson sent four associates (Dan, Shane, David, and Kaleigh) to install my new furnace and air conditioning units. Very friendly associates, and they were highly respectful of the property by using drop cloths, shoe protectors, and being cautious when moving equipment in and out of the house. Took their time to explain the installation process and answered any questions I had. Awesome job on the installation! Highly recommend Stevenson Service Experts!

I Couldn't Have Been Happier
I recently had an upgrade done to my furnace requiring wiring work to ensure the furnace was working at maximum efficiency. Cody arrived on schedule, introduced himself, assessed the situation including the notes regarding the past visit. He confirmed what I wanted done, explained the work needed, and asked for permission to continue. Once started, he explained in great detail what he was doing, why, and gave me the results in detail. When finished, he did a check of the system, explaining every part, how good it was working, and cleaned up after himself thoroughly, treating my house as his own. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

The technician, Sterling Foor, was really thorough and informative, and gave me options to have on installing a new water heater as well as what to expect. Came early and finished up quickly. Explained features on the water heater. Personable and friendly.

Our kitchen faucet broke on a Sunday. We contacted Stevenson and they sent a plumber on Monday. Had new faucet installed quickly on Wednesday. Stan was friendly and efficient and cleaned up all debris. Thank you.
Impressed With Their Workmanship
Stan Miles did some drain and pipe repair for me. I had never used Stevenson before, but was impressed with their workmanship. They even took pictures of before and after, as I could not go down to the basement. Very respectful and knowledgeable. The only thing I was disappointed in was I was not given an itemized invoice or offered one online. I would, however, recommend them to friends.

What a professional!
What a professional! I had a couple of plumbing "honey do" items, and I wanted to ensure they were done right the first time. I called, made an appointment, and got the day and time I wanted. Jesse called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I told him what I was needing, and he inspected each project and proceeded to complete the task. I asked questions, and he answered them in plain language. I got my kitchen fixture installed, and I also got a new toilet installed. Thanks for caring for my home and the professional service. I will call again in the future when needed.

Stan is very experienced and knowledgeable
I was in need of some plumbing work in order to get my house ready for sale. I had a company scheduled to come out today, but they canceled due to all the rain and flooding we've had the past few days. I called a few places, but Stevenson was the only one that could get out to my house today. Within an hour, Stan was at my house and assessing the broken knob on my main shutoff valve. He quickly found that I had an outdated main valve, and they don't make knobs for it anymore (that's why I wasn't able to find a knob for it!). He installed a new valve with a 1/4 turn handle. The other issue I had was a cold-water hose to our washing machine that was locked-tight on the shutoff valve and could not be removed without possibly busting the water line. Stan also couldn't remove the hose with a wrench, so he came up with an idea to cut the copper fitting, and the hose was off within a few minutes. He also went ahead and installed new hot and cold shutoff valves for the washing machine. Stan is very experienced and knowledgeable, and explained everything he did to me before doing it. He did a great job, and he'll be the first one I call in the future.

Best time-taking service tech ever! Can I request Timothy Tupta every time! What a pleasant, young, knowledgeable as well! Jesse was here, installed hot water tank, did excellent job, cleaned up… great job explaining problem with kitchen sink given options! Jesse returned following day after my sump pump went out and flooded my basement with 4" water! I feel I owe him so much more. He is a master pumping water and new pump installed today 3-5-2026! Jesse is my hero!

Best company ever! Our technician Guy Romaine was so conscientious and did great work. He called me every step of the way and let me know he got the part we needed and what time he would be here. He checked several times that everything was working properly before he left. We have our furnace, air conditioning and water heater all from Stevensons! High-quality technicians and customer service! Love them! Just had Jessie do a major plumbing repair and he did an absolutely fantastic job! He is the only plumber doing work at our house in the future!!!

They Are the Best I've Ever Seen
We had a complicated well pump issue that was very out of the norm. The first plumber couldn't find it, and then in scoops Stan and Sterling to save the day. They found a clog and an unnecessary flow restrictor on the well pump pipe that killed our water pump and has been causing us issues for 4 years! They are the best I've ever seen. Determined to help, kind, and very skilled! I had the best shower I've ever had in this house last night, and I cannot be more thankful.
