Bi-yearly furnace and AC checkups. Kenneth Wooten was the technician. He inspected the system, checked for CO2 throughout home, and answered all questions. Very polite and attentive!
Always had great service
We've had Stevenson Service since 2001 for our air-conditioning and oil furnace heat. Always had great service and recommend annual checkups, which we do religiously. Not many HVAC companies service heating oil units. Justin Navarro, our tech today on our furnace, performed professionally and expertly and was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had.
Amendment to my December 2025 review: Shortly after our normal oil heat furnace service, a very loud whining noise started every cycle lasting throughout the demand for heat, very, very loud so I thought it would break; fortunately it didn't. Justin came out and correctly identified the problem was the bearings in the fuel pump were failing. After the pump was received, Justin installed the new pump today and now the furnace runs quiet as a mouse. Thanks Stevenson.
Very pleased with maintenance
We are very pleased with the maintenance provided by Stan, including flushing our Rinnai tankless water heater and servicing our sump pump. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work! Thank you so much!!!
Cody Was Very Knowledgeable
Cody came out to repair my heater; he was on time and fixed the heater. On Friday I called and they sent 2 guys out, but they didn't know anything and left. Today Cody came out; he was very knowledgeable and told me things I didn't know. So thank you, Cody, for everything.

Brian Payton did a great job and went above and beyond with arriving the same day of an emergency water heater leak. First available appt was next day, but he moved things around so he could be available the day it happened. Will use this company again for any future needs. I really appreciate the extra effort!
Quick and professional service
I had Stan shower cartridge today. He was quick and professional, and he took a little extra time to teach me about the effects of hard water and how to properly use the water softener. 5 stars!
We Have Heat!
Called this morning and they were out this afternoon! The two gentlemen were efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything and all of our options. Cody Jones had us up and running in no time at all! We have heat!

We have had Mackenzie Baca service our heating and air system numerous times. He is always professional, courteous and efficient. Whenever possible, I request Mac from Stevenson's. We have a service agreement and have service completed twice a year.
Stan did a great job
Stan did a great job replacing our old water softener unit with a new Sterling model! Really appreciated his knowledge and expertise during the whole process, especially with choosing the best unit to meet our family and home needs. Stan also did a great job during the entire installation, removal, and clean-up process!

Jesse Hunter came out and stayed until 10 p.m. to get my burst pipe repaired and restore my water. He was excellent and professional throughout the ordeal, which included extensive opening of the wall, cutting out a burst copper pipe, bypassing with PEX, and restoring my service.

We Really Appreciate the Effort and Service
Stan recently came to our rescue when our washer died. Upon disconnecting the old washer on delivery day, the hot water valve broke. We turned off the water to the house and called Stevenson. Stan showed up and fixed the valve just in time for the washer to be delivered. And all this happened on a weekend. We really appreciate the effort and service.
Our house is very "custom," and we have used Stevenson for so many HVAC, boiler, and plumbing needs since moving to Beavercreek. All the guys are great, but Stan is always there to complete the unique jobs.
Poor Paul had to come out 3 times because of our crazy house when we were remodeling our bathroom, and then Stan came out to finish the separate last task another guy came out to do. Now we can finish our part. Hooray!
So very nice to have some heat again
My furnace decided to not work at the start of the cold season. Stevensons installed my new Lennox furnace in 2001, so I called for service. Tech, Cody Jones, was very affable, professional, and mindful that although a part was needed, he went straight to the warehouse and came back within an hour. When I heard a part was broken, I expected the tech to say he would have to come back another day. But before going over the situation, after he inspected the system, he had called the warehouse to check if the part was available. So all I had to do was look over the quote and verbally approve for him to run, quick like a rabbit, to the warehouse. So very nice to have some heat again. Thanks, Cody!!

Stevenson Service installed a brand new furnace in my house 6 months ago and today they did my first free maintenance. My house hasn't felt this warm and comfortable since I moved in 10 yrs ago. Their whole staff have been very professional and courteous.
