Same-day AC repair on Labor Day!
Air conditioner fan quit working and this was Labor Day. Called Service Experts and they set me up for the same day. Austin Anderson was the service rep that came out and was great to work with. He let me know in advance what everything was going to cost and had everything working promptly. Was amazed that they could do this so soon. Thought we would be without air for days. Would highly recommend Service Experts.

What a great experience from our salesperson, Ryan Bolton, to our service technicians and plumber. Everyone that was involved was professional and a pleasure to work with. Our install included a new furnace, A/C unit, hot water heater, and water softener. The guys showed up at the time that Ryan said they would, and they started working immediately. They did not stop at all until all of the work was completed! They kept the areas where they were working neat and tidy. All of the items installed are also very tidy and professional looking. He Was Very Honest
Cody came and fixed our blower motor on our AC. He was very quick and efficient. The next day, our AC wasn’t working quite as it should. I called, and Cody was here within the next 1.5 hours. We got everything fixed. Not once did he ever try to sell anything we didn’t need. He was very honest and answered all 1,000 of my questions with grace. First-time homeowner nervous questions.

Well... it’s summertime. With that comes the yearly switch from heater to AC. Mine didn’t work, so I called McElroy Service Experts to take a look at it. Scheduling was fast (even now at the start of the summer season). They gave me upfront pricing (flat rate) for a diagnostic service call. Good luck finding that elsewhere. When it came time for the appointment, I received a text with the name of the tech and that they were on the way. Technician Nicholas Dukat was on time and found the issue fast. He took the time to explain every option I have to help me make a well-educated decision. I highly recommend giving them a call for any heating and air issues you may be facing.
